I found your product on the website and came to see you at your farm. You came out the following week and the installation was completed with-in a month. The installation was not without challenges, but your installers were helpful and found a solution to all the problems. We are extremely pleased with the result and have recommended you to other people. We did have a small problem with one of the doors, but you sent someone to look at it and it was repaired within a week.
This is a fantastic product.
I would think about offering the door in thicker glass as it would be better for openings of our size.

Feedback-wise all very good. No complaints at all. Not only would recommend but plan to buy another one in a year or two! Initial contact was done by our neighbour at Kingswood so cannot comment, however, the price we were initially quoted was incorrect and significantly lower than it turned out to be. Not sure why. We at Derwent only had a verbal quotation. The installation was carried out on time, very politely. Unfortunately as you know the handle broke and no spare. Reasonably clean. For

For 5 star review note that the paintwork on the front door and window sills does become coated with dust from the drilling and a 5 second wipe down would have enhanced the finished job. We did not receive any official acknowledgement of my initial cheque. So in summary, good product but admin could be improved.

The installer was excellent. In spite of being let down by another member of the team he got on with with the job in a positive manner. Disruption was kept to a minimum and he cleared and tidied up.
