We had our doors fitted in 2015 and have been very pleased with them.
As with most things there are times when an adjustment is required to the doors or in our case a door needing to be replaced as it had developed a problem with condensation. The company has been very good at resolving these matters in an efficient and timely manner.
We highly recommend the product which has made a big difference to how we interact between our house and the garden.
We have patio doors and a large matching picture window, these are well designed, manufactured and installed and are noticed and acknowledged by all visitors to our house. The customer service is also excellent so highly recommend these products and company.
Great post installation service
In addition to the quality of the product – which is stunning, and head an shoulders above anything else on the market – the ongoing support and maintenance is impressive. I had a small issue with the doors recently and their maintenance team came back within 48 hours to resolve everything whilst giving the doors a complete service. Very happy and I would recommend.
We moved last year and wanted to maximise the view right through from the rear to the front of the building, overlooking the river. After much searching we found FGC, who installed internal glass doors between the rooms. FGC were very efficient and although we are in the North they sorted out a subsequent small problem promptly. FGC are not cheap but they had what we wanted and we’re delighted with them.
Minor Problem Addressed
A strip of the furry trim at the top of the frame that the doors run on had come loose. On the one hand the sort of thing that one could have a go at fixing; on the other hand having witnessed the care and attention the FGC installation team do their work; I thought it best to leave it to them. Not an emergency, I contacted HQ FGC and asked that when a team were in the area could they give me 30min of their time. A fortnight later a team returning from Totnes spent 5min cutting a new trim in place, and a further 15min wiping down the frame, respraying the seals and the runners, and generally leaving the doors and the immediate area immaculate.
