From the time of our first visit to your premises we felt comfortable with your product. It was a product just as we had hoped and envisaged for our new kitchen extension – double glazed, frameless glass doors to cover a 7.310 meter opening ! Until then we were not sure if it was possible.
When the 9 doors were first installed the overall affect was more than we could have hoped for, just exactly what we wanted – on time – in budget and wonderful to look at. After a technical hitch with the locking system which was rectified in a short time , the project was completed to our satisfaction.
All your team obviously take a pride in their work, which is much appreciated. A brilliant product that we wish you good luck with in the future. A very satisfied customer. Thank you all.

We had 3 sets of doors installed in April. We had searched far and wide for bifold doors and those supplied by FGC were undoubtedly the most striking. We have had favourable comments from visitors and the doors are functioning well. Our dealings with FGC have been excellent and they have attended since the installation to make some adjustments. Although this is an expensive product, it looks stunning and has performed well. FGC worked closely with our builder and this ensured a straightforward installation. I would not hesitate to recommend the firm and the doors.

Re delivery, there was an initial hope that you might be earlier than the 6-8 week lead time, but once that wasn’t going to happen, you gave us a date, and were then able to bring it forward a couple of days to fit around our holiday schedule, which was great.  Guys turned up at 8am as expected.
Your guys were clean and tidy.
I love the doors and think they are great.  I would definitely recommend them.  My wife is a little less enamoured with them but the argument we had all along was that between modern and traditional look.

Unit has been replaced thank you, once again I find FGC have responded to a problem with a no quibble replacement, it is good to know that there is still companies left who honour their guarantee in the proper manner and send installation teams that carry out their work in a professional manner with competence and courtesy, I would be quite willing to give any prospective customers a reference if that would be of interest to you, once again thank you.

FGC fitters Mick and Baz arrived at 0754hr ready to begin work. They were polite, helpful and fitted in seamlessly with the existing project team responsible for the restoration of this significant village property. The boys worked without fuss, cheerful with a ‘can do’ attitude taking the time to explain the system as they fitted it. The house belongs to Simon Menzies an old friend from the Army, he and his wife were not present, I am the next door neighbour whose property is affected by the work. In time, I too intend to have the glass curtains fitted at my house.
The bizarre coincidence was that our neighbour across the river is Commodore Ron Warwick of Cunard Line, former Master of the QE2 and  QM2. He was recently a guest of the Master of The World, regretfully he missed Mick and Baz who had departed when he walked across to photograph the glass curtains for Claire Menzies who commissioned them. The boys said FGC were fitting on The World at some point in the future, Ron has already been in touch with his contacts on the ship!
Despite the impressive list of clientele, I think it significant that your product has made a significant transformation to a modest but beautiful traditional, residential village property, opposite a 13th century castle in a conservation area. Once the restoration is complete you should have enthusiastic but competent photographer Commodore Ron Warwick photograph Nunney castle from within the conservatory space of Brook House, and vice versa from the castle looking back at the house. Both views will be stunning.

A heartfelt thank you from us. We knew we wanted something a bit special to set off our extension, which has been absolutely essential in making our new home work for the family. We scoured the internet for something that would allow an uninterupted view of the planned garden but would also allow us to throw back the glass in the summer to bring the garden into the house. As soon as I visited the farm, I felt that the frameless glass doors would be the perfect solution, the ingenuity and build quality set them apart from anything I had seen. Once the decision was made, the process was incredibly painless and I think we had them installed within 4 weeks. The installation team were great, ironing out a few challenges along the way, they finished 2 sets of glass curains in a under a day. They look amazing and make such huge difference to the feel of the room. Can’t wait to get the carpets down to start using it!
