compliments as well to your installers who were apart from being very skilled fitters were clean, tidy and courteous and as such a credit to your company.
I have had first class service from FGC from the day I first spoke to Adrian about my idea through to installation.
I will arrange to pay the outstanding balance for the work today.

Dear Frameless Glass Curtains,
I would thoroughly recommend anyone to use your company. Your product is excellent and the installers were delightful: on time, tidy, quick, cheerful. An initial problem was dealt with immediately. The doors have changed how I feel about living in my small house; they have made the sitting room feel double the size as the walled garden now looks like a second room. Everyone admires them.
There you are, my official honestly felt recommendation which you are welcome to use as you will.
However the immediate aftermath of the first installation was not pleasant. I had a very defensive call from one member of staff and a belligerent email from another; I thought I was dealing with a bunch of cowboy installers and called a solicitor. Paul’s intervention changed my mind. I would really urge you to introduce another signing element: when the dimensions have been taken send a detailed plan to the client to be approved and signed.

When it has been sunny we have made full use of the new doors and they have transformed our relationship with the outdoor space.
The design and colour of the doors has modernised the look of the back of the house especially now we do not have lashings of uPVC everywhere.
We were very happy with the service from start to finish. It was refreshing to meet a boss of a company who was honest and clear in his explanations to us and did not go for the hard sell and other tactics that so often blight the industry. He let the excellent product do the talking.
The process from start to finish was great and the installation was completed very professionally in a very short time.
We would be happy to recommend the company to any family or friends and would be happy for potential customers to come and see the doors.

When we purchased our house, it had two sets of timber bi fold doors, each spanning an opening of approx. 5m. These caused us a lot of problems with warping through the seasons, and the ration of timber to glass limited the light into the rooms.
We therefore replaced them with the frameless curtain system and could not have been happier. We could only be bothered with the faff of struggling to open the timber doors for special occasions, whereas the new doors we can open much more easily. However most importantly they let in considerably more light.
We were delighted with both actual product and the installation.

How did we advise you on first contact? I was constructing a new extension and FGC were very helpful and understanding of the nature of the project. Updates to the original design (like addition of an extra door) were accomodated easily and efficiently
Installation – were the installers polite and did they clean and tidy up afterwards? All polite and as clean as necessary, although given the site was a work in progress with other builders / materials around there was limited tidying required. Having said that, subsequent visits to rememdy teething issues have been also very efficient and tidy.
Are you pleased with our frameless glass curtains? Yes and they are hugely popular with friends / guests when visiting.
Would you recommend us to other people? Yes – and I have done so on several occasions already
Do you have any advice for us? Keep up the good work … and keep innovating.

Initial emails were very prompt, informative and positive and yes polite. Keen to accommodate our visit to the workshop and everyone very friendly.

Installation ahead of schedule and were on time on the day.

Yes, the work area was left clean and work completed to a good standard.

As to how we were from initial contact (were we polite)?
 
Initial contact was great!  You may remember that we first visited one of your existing customers in Henley.  I honestly can’t remember the ladies name but she was really helpful, was happy to invite us round the next evening and was clearly delighted with the finished product.  We subsequently (next weekend) arranged to come over to your manufacturing site and spent some time with Paul who explained in more detail how the product was conceived, how you manufactured, the options available and the process going forward.  All really helpful, friendly and informative.  We left knowing the whilst your product is roughly 2x the cost of “bog standard” bi-fold doors, in reality there is really no comparison.  All the people we’ve shown so far have been blown away with the installation and at the moment they don’t look as good as they will with a finished floor and finished patio.
 
Arranging installation (were we on time and on schedule)
 
Installation was really simple – you and your team worked really well with my builder – Mike Nash @ BCS.  We needed to delay the originally agreed upon date due to some extra worked required to install steels etc.  Your team were able to flex the install date and work seamlessly with our builder to get the doors installed.  Our builder commented how slick your team was installing the product.  He’s so impressed I think it’s a feature he may well recommend to future clients working on similar projects.
 
Were we clean and tidy?
 
As clean and tidy as you can be on a proper building site!!
 
And finally are you pleased with our doors (would you Recommend us)?
 
We’re delighted.  Obviously we’re not living with the door yet, but we’ve been over a few times and played opening and closing them.  They look great in the building site location and we know they’ll look and work even better once we’re complete and decorated.  I’m happy to update this section in April once we’ve been in for a while and happy to take some photos once we’re decorated and have the outside landscaping complete.  I think they’ll look really special then!

Yes, happy to be listed, need to wait until March before we can really show them.

If we can help show your product – we’ll do so willingly.  We both work so will need a little scheduling but in principle – absolutely.
 
We pay £50 each client and an extra £50 if they buy our product
 
Great!  I think the lady who acted as a reference site in Henley told us that you’d really looked after her in terms of after-sales service and this also sold us on the product and company.

Re delivery, there was an initial hope that you might be earlier than the 6-8 week lead time, but once that wasn’t going to happen, you gave us a date, and were then able to bring it forward a couple of days to fit around our holiday schedule, which was great.  Guys turned up at 8am as expected.
Your guys were clean and tidy.
I love the doors and think they are great.  I would definitely recommend them.  My wife is a little less enamoured with them but the argument we had all along was that between modern and traditional look.
