Had to call FGC to come and undertake first maintenance visit of 5m curtain installation from 2013. Excellent friendly service and all seals repaired within an hour. Learnt need to silicone spray the seals as well as the floor track. Been a great purchase and very pleased.
Delighted with the windows – they make our kitchen so much lighter and are a joy to use.
Two teething problems since installation have been dealt with promptly and efficiently by FGC at no charge.
Definitely recommend them to all.
We would like to say how pleased we are with our fabulous new FGC doors and conservatory. We thought the transformation would be great, but it’s only once they’re in that we’ve been able to see the full glory of the design – and our view! We’ve had all the making-good done now, taken off… all the plastic film and the result is we have beautiful, draught-proof doors and a lovely, contemporary conservatory. Putting a frameless glass walls between our South facing lounge and dining room conservatories was one of the best things we have ever done in our house. When shut, they keep out the cold in winter and, most importantly, the heat on very hot summer days. When open during sunny winter days, the heat warms… the whole house and reduces our heating bills significantly. FGC are a marvellous friendly company. Very efficient and a pleasure to work with. We are both delighted with the FGC product and have no issues with any future viewings. From our perspective the “outside has truly come inside”, we use the decking on a daily basis as the FGC curtains have transformed the house which I think adds a significant value to the property. The only trouble now… is that when we see home improvement programs such as Grand Designs where they suggest using bi-fold doors we end up shouting at the TV saying “use Frameless Glass Curtains instead”! We are in the process of re-decoration and once that is complete we will ping over the pictures for your portfolio. In addition to the quality of the product – which is stunning, and head an shoulders above anything else on the market – the ongoing support and maintenance is impressive. I had a small issue with the doors recently and their maintenance team came back within 48 hours to resolve everything whilst giving the doors… a complete service. Very happy and I would recommend.
