With regards to feedback, the pre-sales advice and support from Adrian was excellent and we found it really valuable to visit the factory and see the demonstration doors.
Furthermore, the installers were very professional, on time, polite, tidy, hard working and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable operating the doors before they left. The only negative experience was the survey, feedback I shared with Adrian as we needed his involvement to resolve the matter. Although we had agreed a 3 door configuration (this was confirmed as within tolerance by the factory) the surveyor persistently tried to make us change to 4 doors and he even attempted to influence our builder to make us change which we found unacceptable. Additionally it appears the measurements taken were incorrect because the doors were manufactured 20mm too tall and we had to grind the brickwork to make the opening bigger which, along with phone calls and deliberations on site with our builder, meant an delay of over an hour before the install could begin.
Despite this negative aspect we are really happy with the doors and would to recommend them to any prospective customer as well as being included on your list of completed installations.
