A strip of the furry trim at the top of the frame that the doors run on had come loose. On the one hand the sort of thing that one could have a go at fixing; on the other hand having witnessed the care and attention the FGC installation team do their work; I thought it best to leave it to them. Not an emergency, I contacted HQ FGC and asked that when a team were in the area could they give me 30min of their time. A fortnight later a team returning from Totnes spent 5min cutting a new trim in place, and a further 15min wiping down the frame, respraying the seals and the runners, and generally leaving the doors and the immediate area immaculate.
