As to how we were from initial contact (were we polite)?
Staff were polite and prompt in answering telephone questions.
There were technical problems with our installation and staff were open and discussed options and were polite. The fitters were surprised at the distance they had to travel to reach us each time, although we had explained where we lived prior to proceeding with the installation to check whether the company would be happy to fit in our area. The fitters were tired and somewhat grumpy when they arrived each time, but then went on to do a good job.
Arranging installation (were we on time and on schedule)
There were delays prior to fitting, and then delays in arranging the corrections needed due to a technical error, but once dates were set they were kept.
Were we clean and tidy?
Yes inside the house. We had to clear metal shavings outside the house.
And finally are you pleased with our doors (would you Recommend us)?
We are pleased with the doors. They are stylish and provide flexibility in the home as we wished. We were hoping for better sound insulation, so if other enquirers need sound insulation within the home we would recommend they have double glazed internal frameless doors rather than the single glazing that we bought.
We would recommend the company and the product.
