I have to say that although I was not on site to see the finished result, the photographs of the work is remarkable and to add to that compliment, our master builder Chris Seviour reported back to me yesterday that he was so impressed with your team and with the final result.

It is a good time to say to you that while we still very much the windows, the ease of opening, the views closed or open, now that the weather has turned colder we have been struck quick dramatically by the improvement in insulation. We have patio doors and a large matching picture window, these are well designed, manufactured and installed and are noticed and acknowledged by all visitors to our house. The customer service is also excellent so highly recommend these products and company.
As to how we were from initial contact (were we polite)? Adrian was very passionate about the product and did a good job in promoting it.
