Both the onsite survey and installation were arranged and people arrived on time – even though the M25 had to be negotiated!! The installation team were meticulous in clearing up as they went. They were extremely professional.
I have no hesitation in recommending your product. They are cleverly designed and enhance our rooms.

We had a small issue with the opening door, we contacted FGC and they arranged for a team to come. They sorted the issue very quickly then cleaned the runners and door seals, fully tested the operation of the doors and carried an additional mod on the door handle. All done and dusted with an hour. Very polite and attentive, always got back quickly with answers to queries but there was no hard sell which I really appreciated after being bombarded by calls and contacts from other companies! The measuring up part seemed more complicated than it needed to be. The initial drawings and some of the subsequent ones had errors on that I needed to phone and change (e.g. the wrong colour number, incorrect measurements – numbers in the wrong order etc), and it made me apprehensive that the correct measurements were fully understood by all. Phone calls into Gary and Paul were really helpful, but I didn’t find the visit from Steve very helpful or his subsequent amendments. The pencil drawings that come out with the final quote were not clear, and with such an expense I think I would have felt more reassured with a clear technical drawing.
Arranging installation (were we on time and on schedule)
Yes (bit delayed by traffic but called and updated us). Quick installation, good explanation of how they worked
Were we clean and tidy? Yes very

Really pleased, they look great and I would definitely recommend you for this product.
