We have been extremely happy with our installation. The doors have made a huge difference to the view from our kitchen into the garden. It is a quality product.
After 7 years one of our doors developed a fault. I claimed under the guarantee. The matter was dealt with quickly & efficiently. The replacement door was fitted with the minimum of fuss by the team of fitters. Great job.

May I ask you for a review on how we performed? – all very good except that it took a month to get the correct size of glass doors after the wrong sized ones turned up on initial installation – good job it wasn’t winter or might have been having a different conversation. I appreciate… this was an error at the factory. In response to my initial query– Paul fitted a locking handle to the outside of the door on the second visit which helps. We just need to solve the air gaps when the door is not sealed. How were we from initial contact (were we polite)? – Paul and Ricky were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable – please pass on my thanks to them both. Arranging installation (were we on time and on schedule) – Both visits on time for 08:00 Were we clean and tidy? – yes And finally are you pleased with our doors (would you Recommend us)? – Yes – I’m very pleased so far – look great and of good quality, feel solid and safe. I’ll know better though after a few months of constant use from the family…….. In terms of the competition – you are slightly more expensive than a traditional tri fold door. We decided to use you as we were already converts to glass curtains. And we needed the flexibility in the way your doors split and open. I think the majority of people need convincing for some reason. I have an outstanding query ref the sealing of the doors when the handle has not been turned. Paul is developing an idea to help me – I’d really appreciate it if Paul can come back to me as soon as he can. The glass curtains are in constant use all day and my family are not good at going through the doors and then turning the handle to seal….. – Paul knows the details. In terms of making a difference – these glass curtains have replaced some single glazed glass curtains – and there is already a difference in the evening if the temp drops outside and we have them shut. We had FGC doors and windows installed in our house in May 2019. From our initial enquiry through to installation everything was handled very professionally and with attention to detail. The doors and windows themselves are excellent quality and definitely enhance the house. The fitters who carried out the original installation were very good and… friendly. Before they left they explained how to open and close the doors plus the preventative maintenance routine to be followed, especially if the doors are to be closed for a long period. Unfortunately, last week I had to call on the After Sales team as the main door had settled slightly over time. Despite the ongoing operational difficulties all businesses are facing, my request was handled very promptly and a service visit scheduled within a week. The repair was carried out yesterday but the same team that did the original installation. Once again, they were very professional, arrived promptly, and knew exactly what they were doing. We have patio doors and a large matching picture window, these are well designed, manufactured and installed and are noticed and acknowledged by all visitors to our house. The customer service is also excellent so highly recommend these products and company.
After researching the market for a contemporary sliding minimal frame patio door, we were delighted to come across Frameless Glass Curtains. We were so pleased with the doors we ordered another set for the dining room and were not let down – the service we received was consistently good from staff both in and out… of the office. From the start they have been knowledgeable, polite and happy to spend time helping us with our queries. From ordering to installation they kept us informed and kept to realistic deadlines, managing our expectations well. During installation they were on schedule, prompt, respectful, clean, tidy, and cleaned up after themselves. After sales service has been excellent.
