FGC fitters Mick and Baz arrived at 0754hr ready to begin work. They were polite, helpful and fitted in seamlessly with the existing project team responsible for the restoration of this significant village property. The boys worked without fuss, cheerful with a ‘can do’ attitude taking the time to explain the system as they fitted it. The house belongs to Simon Menzies an old friend from the Army, he and his wife were not present, I am the next door neighbour whose property is affected by the work. In time, I too intend to have the glass curtains fitted at my house.
The bizarre coincidence was that our neighbour across the river is Commodore Ron Warwick of Cunard Line, former Master of the QE2 and  QM2. He was recently a guest of the Master of The World, regretfully he missed Mick and Baz who had departed when he walked across to photograph the glass curtains for Claire Menzies who commissioned them. The boys said FGC were fitting on The World at some point in the future, Ron has already been in touch with his contacts on the ship!
Despite the impressive list of clientele, I think it significant that your product has made a significant transformation to a modest but beautiful traditional, residential village property, opposite a 13th century castle in a conservation area. Once the restoration is complete you should have enthusiastic but competent photographer Commodore Ron Warwick photograph Nunney castle from within the conservatory space of Brook House, and vice versa from the castle looking back at the house. Both views will be stunning.

A heartfelt thank you from us. We knew we wanted something a bit special to set off our extension, which has been absolutely essential in making our new home work for the family. We scoured the internet for something that would allow an uninterupted view of the planned garden but would also allow us to throw back the glass in the summer to bring the garden into the house. As soon as I visited the farm, I felt that the frameless glass doors would be the perfect solution, the ingenuity and build quality set them apart from anything I had seen. Once the decision was made, the process was incredibly painless and I think we had them installed within 4 weeks. The installation team were great, ironing out a few challenges along the way, they finished 2 sets of glass curains in a under a day. They look amazing and make such huge difference to the feel of the room. Can’t wait to get the carpets down to start using it!

We are delighted with our FGC doors even though the construction of the room is still not yet completed – friends and family visiting our new Garden Room are all commenting vey positively on how amazing the doors look. With the beautiful summer we are having, it is a real pleasure to be able to open up the whole of the front of the room, enjoy the garden and let in the warm summer breeze. It has been a pleasure dealing with you from our first phonecall contact, through our factory visit and onto installation. We really did appreciate you getting the windows made and installed so quickly in order for us to be able to make use of the Garden Room during our son’s wedding clebrations.

I contacted FGC to try and marry up a few weather strips to replace old one’s which I have already fitted on glass curtains. The glass curtains were not supplied by FGC and the company who supplied them, when asked for replacement weather strips just said “we no longer have these in stock and not sure if we can still get them”.
FGC requested pictures of the seals and sent some samples free of charge for what they thought may help me. After trying them and finding out they were not wide enough, FGC said they will continue to investigate to try and find suitable replacements. I consider FGC customer service to be exceptional through continuous support via email, knowing they will not get a large profit from a few weather strips.
If I were to replace my glass curtains I would be contacting FGC knowing the customer service was second to none. I give them a 5 star rating.

We are very pleased with our frameless curtains in our dining room and lounge, both of which open out into a conservatory.
 
Our first contact with you, by telephone, was excellent.  We were invited to look at your glass curtains at your showroom in Chatham which is an hour and a half distant.  Seeing the glass curtains was the best thing to do for us.  Even though your web site clearly shows them, we still needed to see them ‘in the flesh’ and we were then in no doubt that they would be perfect for our home.  We had a really nice welcome at your showroom and taken through all the aspects or their installation and operating procedures.
 
Both the onsite survey and installation were arranged and people arrived on time – even though the M25 had to be negotiated!!  The installation team were meticulous in clearing up as they went.  They were extremely professional.
 
I have no hesitation in recommending your product.  They are cleverly designed and enhance our rooms.
 
We are very happy for people to view our installation by appointment but would not want our address details published.

A.Yes, the surveyor was informative and on time.

A. I was not onsite when it was installed, but the there was no mess left after the job.

Yes, I am very pleased with the doors. They look great and the operating mechanism is straightforward. I would highly recommend both the doors and service.
