Initial emails were very prompt, informative and positive and yes polite. Keen to accommodate our visit to the workshop and everyone very friendly.
Arranging installation (were we on time and on schedule)
Installation ahead of schedule and were on time on the day.
Were we clean and tidy?
Yes, the work area was left clean and work completed to a good standard.
And finally are you pleased with our doors (would you Recommend us)?
Yes we are pleased with the doors – they are a unique product and we would definitely recommend you.

Your fitters were on time on site and I managed to speak with them before they started. They were very helpful and offered me a solution for a small problem we had regarding the level of the bottom track, I was impressed that we found the best solution and they agreed to proceed with the work without any hesitation.
Their tools were left in one corner so they are not on the way of anyone, even though none of my guys were working I the same area, and they left no rubbish lying around.
I’m sure it was Adam I spoke to, and I can say that he is top notch guy, very friendly, polite and helpful.
Overall I would say that the provided service was very professional and definitely I would recommend you to my clients.

After researching the market for a contemporary sliding minimal frame patio door, we were delighted to come across Frameless Glass Curtains. We were so pleased with the doors we ordered another set for the dining room and were not let down – the service we received was consistently good from staff both in and out of the office.
From the start they have been knowledgeable, polite and happy to spend time helping us with our queries. From ordering to installation they kept us informed and kept to realistic deadlines, managing our expectations well.
During installation they were on schedule, prompt, respectful, clean, tidy, and cleaned up after themselves.
After sales service has been excellent.
We are happy if people would like to come and see the product in situ provided it doesn’t prove too onerous.

The installation of our new doors was eagerly awaited and did not disappoint.
The fitters arrived on time on the agreed installation date. All waste was removed and the installation area was left clean and tidy.
The fitters demonstrated the use of the system including future self maintenance which was very useful. We are extremely pleased with the doors – they look fabulous and have opened up the lounge into the garden. Even when closed the view is hardly any different.
Although this does come at a price it is definitely worth it.

As to how we were from initial contact (were we polite)?
Staff were polite and prompt in answering telephone questions.
There were technical problems with our installation and staff were open and discussed options and were polite. The fitters were surprised at the distance they had to travel to reach us each time, although we had explained where we lived prior to proceeding with the installation to check whether the company would be happy to fit in our area. The fitters were tired and somewhat grumpy when they arrived each time, but then went on to do a good job.

There were delays prior to fitting, and then delays in arranging the corrections needed due to a technical error, but once dates were set they were kept.
Were we clean and tidy?
Yes inside the house. We had to clear metal shavings outside the house.
And finally are you pleased with our doors (would you Recommend us)?
We are pleased with the doors. They are stylish and provide flexibility in the home as we wished. We were hoping for better sound insulation, so if other enquirers need sound insulation within the home we would recommend they have double glazed internal frameless doors rather than the single glazing that we bought.
We would recommend the company and the product.

A strip of the furry trim at the top of the frame that the doors run on had come loose. On the one hand the sort of thing that one could have a go at fixing; on the other hand having witnessed the care and attention the FGC installation team do their work; I thought it best to leave it to them. Not an emergency, I contacted HQ FGC and asked that when a team were in the area could they give me 30min of their time. A fortnight later a team returning from Totnes spent 5min cutting a new trim in place, and a further 15min wiping down the frame, respraying the seals and the runners, and generally leaving the doors and the immediate area immaculate.

From the start to the finish we felt comfortable with your staff and installers.
It was a product just as we had hoped and envisaged for our new House double glazed, frameless glass doors in 4 openings! Perfect.
The doors are a talking point and every body comments on how good they look! They are amazed when we open them to show them off. When the doors were first installed the overall affect was more than we could have hoped for, just exactly what we wanted – on time – in budget and wonderful to look at, the project has been completed to our satisfaction. All your people from Gary to installers obviously take a pride in their work, which is much appreciated. Absolutely brilliant product that we wish you good luck with in the future. A very satisfied customer.

Arranging installation (were we on time and on schedule) Excellent.
Were we clean and tidy? Good but the windows were left uncleaned so difficult to check for scratches. VG at organising a company to deal with the scratches + v good service from scratch man.
And finally are you pleased with our doors (would you Recommend us)? Wonderful so far. We haven’t used them as the build is still on going.
