After researching the market for a contemporary sliding minimal frame patio door, we were delighted to come across Frameless Glass Curtains. We were so pleased with the doors we ordered another set for the dining room and were not let down – the service we received was consistently good from staff both in and out of the office.
From the start they have been knowledgeable, polite and happy to spend time helping us with our queries. From ordering to installation they kept us informed and kept to realistic deadlines, managing our expectations well.
During installation they were on schedule, prompt, respectful, clean, tidy, and cleaned up after themselves.
After sales service has been excellent.

Having said that, subsequent visits to rememdy teething issues have been also very efficient and tidy.

When we purchased our house, it had two sets of timber bi fold doors, each spanning an opening of approx. 5m. These caused us a lot of problems with warping through the seasons, and the ration of timber to glass limited the light into the rooms. We therefore replaced them with the frameless curtain system and could not have been happier. We could only be bothered with the faff of struggling to open the timber

A strip of the furry trim at the top of the frame that the doors run on had come loose. On the one hand the sort of thing that one could have a go at fixing; on the other hand having witnessed the care and attention the FGC installation team do their work; I thought it best to leave it to them. Not an emergency, I contacted HQ FGC and asked that when a team were in the area could they give me 30min of their time. A fortnight later a team returning from Totnes spent 5min cutting a new trim in place, and a further 15min wiping down the frame, respraying the seals and the runners, and generally leaving the doors and the immediate area immaculate.
