Just a note to let you know how delighted we are with the sliding folding glazed panels installed by your firm at the rear of our house. Friends come into our kitchen now and are just amazed at how the same space has been transformed and opened up, simply by the addition of your glazed… panels, providing a panoramic view looking out onto the garden. During warm summer days it was (and still is) such a joy to slide and park the panels to one side, bringing the garden into the kitchen dining area. We have a separate dining room in the house also, but haven’t in fact used it since the day your windows were installed! Nobody wants to leave the newly created bright space with a full view of the garden and changing seasons, now almost making the other living rooms redundant. Downside is that I now have to labour away and keep the garden trim, tidy and colourful every weekend! I must also take this opportunity to remark on the efficiency with which the panels were installed by two of your very pleasant and cheerful fitters, who arrived at exactly the appointed time on the agreed date as advised when we first ordered the panels. They worked diligently, ensuring the panels were up and running in the shortest possible time, all as per the agreed time schedule and budget, and left the place spotless on completion. I’m quite sure that the overall effect, backed up by our enthusiastic demonstations of how they work, will result in a few more additions to your order book! I am really impressed with the finished product and service e provided by FGC.
I had an image in my mind of how I wanted the end result to look. The “invisible” glassing was the most difficult and important part to source.
FGC came through with flying colours, right from the initial contact,… design and survey discussions, to the installation visits. FGC have been superb at meeting my requirements and timescales. We had been dealing with a large commercial glass door supplier who were extremely slow and unable to meet our requirements for a large opening on our barn. I found your product on the website and came to see you at your farm. You came out the following week and the installation was completed with-in… a month. The installation was not without challenges, but your installers were helpful and found a solution to all the problems. We are extremely pleased with the result and have recommended you to other people. We did have a small problem with one of the doors, but you sent someone to look at it and it was repaired within a week. This is a fantastic product. Achieving exactly what we wanted
We are delighted with the end-resulting porch and it is achieving exactly what we wanted from it. We have also had several very positive comments from visitors, etc – which is very gratifying. We have also been impressed with the attitude and approach of all the company employees we have met.

As to how we were from initial contact (were we polite)? Staff were polite and prompt in answering telephone questions. There were technical problems with our installation and staff were open and discussed options and were polite. The fitters were surprised at the distance they had to travel to reach us each time, although we… had explained where we lived prior to proceeding with the installation to check whether the company would be happy to fit in our area. The fitters were tired and somewhat grumpy when they arrived each time, but then went on to do a good job. Arranging installation (were we on time and on schedule) There were delays prior to fitting, and then delays in arranging the corrections needed due to a technical error, but once dates were set they were kept. Were we clean and tidy? Yes inside the house. We had to clear metal shavings outside the house. And finally are you pleased with our doors (would you Recommend us)? We are pleased with the doors. They are stylish and provide flexibility in the home as we wished. We were hoping for better sound insulation, so if other enquirers need sound insulation within the home we would recommend they have double glazed internal frameless doors rather than the single glazing that we bought. It’s nearly a year since you installed our glass curtains. They have been really great, exceeding our expectations, particularly during the winter months when they were absolutely draught free.
