Couldn’t be happier with the product.

After researching the market for a contemporary sliding minimal frame patio door, we were delighted to come across Frameless Glass Curtains. We were so pleased with the doors we ordered another set for the dining room and were not let down – the service we received was consistently good from staff both in and out of the office.
From the start they have been knowledgeable, polite and happy to spend time helping us with our queries. From ordering to installation they kept us informed and kept to realistic deadlines, managing our expectations well.
During installation they were on schedule, prompt, respectful, clean, tidy, and cleaned up after themselves.
After sales service has been excellent.
We are happy if people would like to come and see the product in situ provided it doesn’t prove too onerous.

I had been looking for some time to replace my patio doors in our lounge as they had very wide plastic frames and wanted something that wouldn’t restrict the view up the garden
I asked to see if it was possible to view some already installed close by. Luckily there was, we went and viewed and was very impressed. I’ve seen lots of companies do bi-fold and there is actually one that is on the same industrial estate where I work, but no of them had the vision I was looking for.
I was impressed with the service I received from the initial enquiry to the eventual placing of order (we were longer getting round to doing these than first thought but I was never hassled from FGC)
The guys that fitted did a great job, very friendly and tidy.
I am very pleased with the doors, I can now sit in my lounge and clearly see the garden (next project) I would recommend FGC.

We had been dealing with a large commercial glass door supplier who were extremely slow and unable to meet our requirements for a large opening on our barn. I found your product on the website and came to see you at your farm. You came out the following week and the installation was completed with-in a month. The installation was not without challenges, but your installers were helpful and found a solution to all the problems. We are extremely pleased with the result and have recommended you to other people. We did have a small problem with one of the doors, but you sent someone to look at it and it was repaired within a week.
This is a fantastic product.
I would think about offering the door in thicker glass as it would be better for openings of our size.

With regards to feedback, the pre-sales advice and support from Adrian was excellent and we found it really valuable to visit the factory and see the demonstration doors.
Furthermore, the installers were very professional, on time, polite, tidy, hard working and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable operating the doors before they left. The only negative experience was the survey, feedback I shared with Adrian as we needed his involvement to resolve the matter. Although we had agreed a 3 door configuration (this was confirmed as within tolerance by the factory) the surveyor persistently tried to make us change to 4 doors and he even attempted to influence our builder to make us change which we found unacceptable. Additionally it appears the measurements taken were incorrect because the doors were manufactured 20mm too tall and we had to grind the brickwork to make the opening bigger which, along with phone calls and deliberations on site with our builder, meant an delay of over an hour before the install could begin.
Despite this negative aspect we are really happy with the doors and would to recommend them to any prospective customer as well as being included on your list of completed installations.

We had our doors fitted in 2015 and have been very pleased with them.
As with most things there are times when an adjustment is required to the doors or in our case a door needing to be replaced as it had developed a problem with condensation. The company has been very good at resolving these matters in an efficient and timely manner.
We highly recommend the product which has made a big difference to how we interact between our house and the garden.

We were recommended to use FGC by our builder and one of us visited a client who had recently had his installation. We have been hampered with delays regarding our lounge where the doors were being installed so it was refreshing to have FGC arrive at 8am and be finsihed installing and waiting for a sign off by 1pm. The work was quick efficient and faultless.
We would highly recommend the product and the service received! 10 out of 10!

Installation of four double-glazed doors, internal to a large bay window arrangement, top floor flat.
Initial contact was by email and a quote came back within a couple of days. More than can be said for some of the other companies we contacted about similar products. We visited the factory for a demonstration and were also put in touch with a relatively local previous customer whom we went to see, to look at the product in the ‘real world’ so to speak and to discuss their experience with the company. This was a very positive visit and we decided to go ahead with ordering. After some negotiation on price (this is not a cheap product, but you get what you pay for!) the order was placed, a site survey was carried out, and we awaited a call for an installation date. This came much sooner than anticipated which was great. On the installation day, the three installers arrived on time at 08:00 and they were done by 16:00. It took twice as long as anticipated due to them having to drill out concrete to lay the track. There was not one grumble about this, they were all polite and friendly guys. Quite a lot of mess was made by the installation, mainly due to drilling into concrete, but the guys were careful to clean up after themselves as best they could.
